Nasa's Sweet Potato Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups normal potatoes
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 stick butter

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Cube potatoes and sweet potatoes. I skinned the sweet potatoes but not the red potatoes.
- Boil both for a really long time. They should be soft enough to mash against the side of the pot with a fork.
- Run through colander and mash potatoes with butter and milk and salt. Basically, make mashed potatoes, but I leave it pretty chunky.
- Add flour until sticky and a pain to work with. It's about 2 cups of flour for every 3 cups of potatoes.
- Butter pan.
- Put dough on the pan.
- Cook for about an hour, or until not too soft in the middle.
- Let sit for a while to cool.
- Enjoy!
